One Night Only Soundtrack (2026): Every Song & Scene Description
In the 2026 romantic comedy "One Night Only," set in an alternate New York City where premarital intimacy is legal for just one night a year, newly single Owen (Callum Turner) and idealistic romantic Allie (Monica Barbaro) find themselves crossing paths during the city-wide frenzy. As they navigate a chaotic landscape of desperate hookups and absurd social pressure, the duo discovers an unexpected spark, spending the night together in a quest for genuine connection on the year’s least romantic evening.
Will Gluck’s 2026 romantic comedy One Night Only sets its chaotic, alternate-New York premise to an electric, dance-oriented soundtrack. Scoring the film is composer Christopher Stracey and HAIM's Este Haim, who fuse a modern electronic score with high-tempo electropop, R&B, and indie anthems that mirror Owen (Callum Turner) and Allie's (Monica Barbaro) frantic overnight journey.
The movie's official trailers preview the soundtrack's upbeat energy, featuring Robyn’s electro-pop single 'Dopamine' and HAIM’s hit 'Now I'm In It.' Throughout their chaotic city-wide search for a genuine connection, the characters are backed by contemporary alternative hits like Wet Leg’s 'mangetout' (The Dare remix) and Jungle’s soulful track 'The Wave.'
