Verity Soundtrack (2026): Every Song

Directed by Michael Showalter, Verity adapts Colleen Hoover's best-selling psychological thriller into a high-tension feature film. Dakota Johnson stars as Lowen Ashleigh, a struggling author hired by Jeremy Crawford (Josh Hartnett) to complete the remaining books of his injured wife, celebrated novelist Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway). Set within the secluded Crawford estate, the story delves into obsession, chilling revelations, and unreliable memories. Featuring a haunting original score by Oscar-winning composer Volker Bertelmann, the production builds an atmosphere of suffocating suspense that echoes the dark psychological twists of the source material.

Seductive indie pop, vintage classics, and uneasy electronic grooves shape the film's sonic identity. The promotional trailer sets the psychological trap with Kylie Minogue's dance-pop classic "Can't Get You Out of My Head." Within the movie, intimate and disorienting moments feature FKA twigs' hypnotic "Girl Feels Good," The Marías' dreamy "Back To Me," and Kali Uchis' "Sugar! Honey! Love!." These modern selections are juxtaposed with the timeless drama of Édith Piaf's "Hymne à l'amour," Benny Goodman's 1938 jazz classic "Body and Soul," and atmospheric cuts from Oklou and Everything Is Recorded.
