Son of a Critch Soundtracks

Based on the best-selling memoir by comedian Mark Critch, Son of a Critch is a hilarious and heartfelt Canadian coming-of-age comedy series set in St. John's, Newfoundland. The show follows the awkward adolescence of a young Mark (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth), a boy who is much older on the inside than his actual years. Navigating the trials of Catholic school, youthful romance, and a quirky but loving family, including his eccentric grandfather Pop (Malcolm McDowell) and his radio-host father Mike Sr. (played by the real Mark Critch), young Mark uses comedy, self-deprecation, and a unique perspective to win friends and find his place in a rapidly changing world.
