
Tim Phillips
Tim Phillips is an award-winning Canadian-British composer and songwriter whose diverse career spans television, film, and theatre. After graduating from London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama, he co-founded the innovative Filter Theatre and later co-created the critically acclaimed West End musical The Grinning Man. His extensive screen credits include scoring long-running series such as Shameless and Ackley Bridge, as well as high-profile projects like HBO's Entourage and the BBC film Roald Dahl's Esio Trot. Most recently, Phillips won a BAFTA TV Craft Award for his collaborative score with PJ Harvey on the Apple TV+ series Bad Sisters. Based between London, Los Angeles, and Vancouver, he continues to develop new works for the stage and screen, including the upcoming musical Candlewood Lake.
