
Nick Angel
Nick Angel is a British music supervisor and former A&R executive known for his extensive work with Working Title Films and director Edgar Wright. After a successful tenure at Island Records (1990–1999), where he signed artists like PJ Harvey and Pulp, he transitioned into cinema, overseeing the soundtracks for global hits such as Notting Hill, Love Actually, Billy Elliot, and the Bridget Jones franchise. A long-time collaborator of Edgar Wright, he supervised the music for the "Three Flavours Cornetto" trilogy—even inspiring the name of the protagonist in Hot Fuzz—and more recently worked on projects like the Netflix documentary Wham! and the upcoming Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy. Today, he continues his influence in the industry as a co-founder of the music supervision collective 45RPM.
