Bill Lawrence

Bill Lawrence (born 1968) is a highly influential American television producer, writer, and director best known for creating hit comedy series like Scrubs, Spin City, Cougar Town, and Ted Lasso. Known for blending humor with heartfelt, character-driven emotion, he also co-created Shrinking, founded Doozer Productions, and is married to actress Christa Miller.
