Practical Magic 2 Soundtrack (2026): Every Song

Nearly three decades after the 1998 cult classic, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman finally reunite on screen as witch sisters Sally and Gillian Owens. Directed by Oscar winner Susanne Bier, the long-awaited sequel recaptures the cozy New England charm of the original while launching a fresh chapter for the magical bloodline. Alongside the beloved return of Dianne Wiest (Aunt Jet) and Stockard Channing (Aunt Frances), the story introduces a vibrant new generation led by Joey King, Maisie Williams, and Xolo Maridueña. When an ancient dark presence threatens to unearth long-buried secrets and dismantle their ancestral home, the Owens women must bridge generational divides, combining vintage family rituals with modern witchcraft to protect their enduring legacy.

Music has always been the heartbeat of the Owens household, and the official promotional rollout taps straight into that rich nostalgia. The first look at the sequel instantly winks at fans by reviving Harry Nilsson’s breezy 1971 classic "Coconut"—the unforgettable soundtrack to the original film’s midnight margarita scene. Balancing that playful domestic warmth, the trailer also casts a moodier spell with Lana Del Rey’s sultry, psychedelic rendition of "Season of the Witch". The soundtrack continues its deep bond with Stevie Nicks and witch-rock royalty by welcoming Fleetwood Mac’s timeless acoustic treasure "Landslide", instantly reassuring audiences that the whimsical, slightly rebellious musical spirit of the late nineties is back in full force.
