Viddy

Viddy is an emerging British alternative pop singer-songwriter known for her distinctive, seductive vocals and mellow, atmospheric soundscapes that blend pop sensibilities with electronic elements. Originally emerging from the Bedfordshire music scene after winning a local battle of the bands at age twelve, she previously fronted the band Healyum—gaining support from BBC Radio 1 and Radio X—before launching a solo career focused on personal, complex narratives regarding romance, heartbreak, and frustration. Working with producer Gingersnapps, Viddy’s music often references influences from female vocalists like Lana Del Rey and Amy Winehouse, combined with the alternative swag of Portishead and Massive Attack. Having supported acts such as Fickle Friends, Zuzu, and Sub Focus, she has recently gained attention for her EP The Girlfriend Experience, establishing her place as a unique voice in the alternative pop scene.
