The Del-Vikings

Formed in 1955 by U.S. Air Force servicemen in Pittsburgh, The Del-Vikings became famous for the 1956 smash "Come Go With Me," becoming one of rock 'n' roll's first major interracial vocal groups. Known for hits like "Whispering Bells," their fluid lineup and legal battles over naming rights defined their turbulent career.
