Texada

Texada is a Vancouver-based musical project created, written, produced, and performed by Hayley McLean, who is recognized as a self-made producer, vocalist, and instrumentalist known for her soulful, bluesy pop sound. Combining her talents with a custom live looping system, she creates a unique, engaging live spectacle incorporating keyboards, acoustic drums, and skillful guitar playing. Following the release of the EP Blue in February 2016, which included the track “All My Life” that gained over 2.8 million streams on Spotify, Texada has continued to release music, including the 2023 album Walk You Home and various singles, showcasing heartfelt, poetic lyrics and a signature smooth vocal style.
