Sega Bodega

Salvador Navarrete, known professionally as Sega Bodega, is an Irish-Chilean producer, songwriter, singer, and DJ based between London and Paris, widely recognized as a pioneering force in alternative electronic music and the co-founder of the Nuxxe record label. Born in Galway, Ireland, and raised in Glasgow, Navarrete began his career producing glitchy, bass-heavy, and deconstructed club tracks in the early 2010s before gaining prominence for his work with close collaborator Shygirl. As a versatile multi-hyphenate, he has released critically acclaimed solo albums—Salvador (2020), Romeo (2021), and Dennis (2024)—which blend avant-garde pop, R&B, and cinematic soundscapes, while also producing for artists like Björk, Caroline Polachek, Rosalía, and FKA twigs. Known for his ethereal vocal performances and innovative production style, he has also made significant contributions to fashion and film soundtracks.
