Run The Jewels
Run The Jewels (RTJ) is a American hip-hop superduo formed in 2013 by Brooklyn-based rapper/producer El-P and Atlanta rapper Killer Mike. Following their collaboration on Killer Mike’s 2012 album R.A.P. Music, the duo established a unique sound blending hard-hitting, dystopian production with aggressive, socially conscious lyrics, releasing four self-titled, heavily streamed albums (RTJ1-RTJ4). Known for their independent, anti-establishment ethos and signature gun-and-fist logo, the pair transformed from an underground side project into one of modern rap’s most respected and socially relevant acts.
