Palm Ghosts

Palm Ghosts is a Nashville-based indie/post-punk band, founded in Philadelphia around 2013-2014 by Joseph Lekkas as a studio project to cope with anxiety, evolving from indie folk into a signature sound blending 80s new wave, shoegaze, dream pop, and post-punk, known for cinematic, atmospheric music often described as "an 80s prom in a war zone". After initial solo work and early acclaimed albums, Lekkas transitioned it into a full band, featuring members like Ben Douglas, with a prolific output exploring themes of love, loss, and modern anxiety.
