Night Driving In Small Towns
Formed in 2005 by songwriters Andrea Rogers (lyrics/vocals) and Colby Wright (music), Night Driving in Small Towns is an American indie rock duo known for blending wistful, dreamy melodies with "rough and rollicking" instrumentation that explores the raw parts of the human experience. Originally from south Georgia and later based in the Atlanta and Tennessee music scenes, the pair spent two decades crafting "indie rock gems" that have earned praise from Rolling Stone and NPR, as well as placements in major television series like Hulu's Pam & Tommy. Their discography includes their 2007 debut By the Roadside, the critically acclaimed 2010 album Serial Killer, and their latest full-length record, Nothing to Do, which was released on September 1, 2023. The duo's work often captures a sense of "cautious optimism" and nostalgia, maintaining a signature sound that remains relatable while evolving through decades of performance.
