Modjo

Modjo was a French house music duo, active from 1998-2003, consisting of producer Romain Tranchart and singer Yann Destagnol (Destal), best known for their massive 2000 hit single, "Lady (Hear Me Tonight)," which sampled Chic's "Soup for One," brought them global fame, and led to one self-titled album before the duo split to pursue solo projects, with Tranchart focusing on production and Destagnol on songwriting.
