Junior Senior
Junior Senior was a Danish pop duo formed in 1998 by Jesper "Junior" Mortensen and Jeppe "Senior" Laursen, known for their energetic, retro-styled dance music and high-profile placements in media. After disbanding their previous group, Ludo-X, the duo signed with Crunchy Frog Records and achieved international stardom with their 2002 debut album, D-D-Don't Don't Stop the Beat, and its massive hit single "Move Your Feet," celebrated for its iconic pixel-art music video. Following the success of their debut and their 2005 follow-up album, Hey Hey My My Yo Yo—which featured collaborations with The B-52's and The Velvelettes—the duo officially split in 2008 to pursue individual solo projects, leaving behind a legacy of vibrant dance-pop featured in numerous advertisements, films, and video games.
