
Jeff Buckley
Jeff Buckley (November 17, 1966 – May 29, 1997) was an acclaimed American singer-songwriter and guitarist known for his haunting, multi-octave voice and emotive performances. After establishing himself in New York's avant-garde scene, he released his only studio album, Grace (1994), featuring his iconic cover of "Hallelujah". He tragically drowned in Memphis at age 30.
