Gillian Hills is a British actress and singer, born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1944, known for her pivotal role in 1960s French yé-yé pop and British cinema, especially in films like Beat Girl (1960) and Blow-Up (1966). Discovered in France, she became a teen idol, recording pop music while also starring in French films before returning to England, where she appeared in Blow-Up, solidifying her image as a 60s icon. She later ventured into illustration and continued acting in various international productions, including Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange.
