Cowboy Junkies
Formed in Toronto in 1985, Cowboy Junkies is a renowned Canadian alt-country/folk-rock band famous for their hushed, melancholic sound, led by vocalist Margo Timmins, songwriter Michael Timmins, drummer Peter Timmins, and bassist Alan Anton. They gained international fame with their iconic 1988 album, The Trinity Session.
