Backstreet Boys
The Backstreet Boys are a American vocal group formed in Orlando, Florida in 1993, consisting of members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, and Kevin Richardson. They rose to international fame with their self-titled debut album in 1996 and achieved global superstardom with their record-breaking album Millennium (1999), which featured the iconic hit single "I Want It That Way". Despite a brief hiatus and the temporary departure of Richardson between 2006 and 2012, the pop icons proved their longevity by releasing their tenth studio album, DNA, which debuted at No. 1 in 2019. With over 130 million records sold worldwide, they stand as the best-selling boy band in history and have been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
