Amy Stroup is a American singer-songwriter and composer based in Nashville, widely recognized as one of the most licensed independent artists in film and television. Her music has been featured in over 500 productions, including Grey’s Anatomy, This Is Us, and various Super Bowl commercials. Beyond her solo work, which includes acclaimed albums like Helen of Memphis and Since You Asked, she is a founding member of the indie duo Sugar & The Hi-Lows alongside Trent Dabbs and the electronic project Danger Twins. In addition to her songwriting, Stroup is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded the creative design boutique Milkglass Creative, which provides branding for high-profile artists and companies. Known for her versatile sound ranging from vintage soul to modern pop, she continues to release new music, including her 2024 album Night Waves.
