Al Kerbey

Al Kerbey was an American singer, keyboardist, songwriter, and producer who personified the smooth, radio-friendly easy listening and soft rock sounds of the late 1970s and 1980s. Despite being in high demand as a skilled session musician during his era, his personal catalog of catchily polished pop tracks remained completely unreleased for decades. Nearly thirty years later, independent label Fervor Records rediscovered his archival master tapes, introducing his long-hidden work to the public as timeless "Yacht Rock" masterpieces. This modern revival brought Kerbey a new wave of recognition through sync licensing, with his soulful tracks like "Hard Feelings", "Riddles of Romance", and "Make Me Whole" being featured in popular television soundtracks like On Becoming a God in Central Florida and Red Oaks.
