2 Chainz (Tauheed Epps), born September 12, 1977, in College Park, Georgia, is a prominent American rapper and actor who rose from the underground scene to mainstream stardom. Initially known as Tity Boi in the duo Playaz Circle (signed to Ludacris's DTP label), he rebranded and achieved massive solo success with hits like "No Lie" and "I'm Different," releasing critically acclaimed albums including Based on a T.R.U. Story (2012) and Pretty Girls Like Trap Music (2017).
