Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (born September 1, 1996) is an American actress and singer who has evolved from a Disney Channel star into one of the most influential and acclaimed performers of her generation. She first gained fame as Rocky Blue on Shake It Up (2010–2013) before successfully transitioning to film as MJ in the Spider-Man trilogy and Anne Wheeler in the musical The Greatest Showman (2017). Her career reached new heights with her portrayal of Rue Bennett in the HBO drama Euphoria, for which she became the youngest two-time winner of the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. In addition to her roles in the Dune franchise and Challengers (2024), Zendaya is a global fashion icon and brand ambassador for luxury houses like Lancôme and Louis Vuitton.
