Vince Vaughn
Vincent Anthony Vaughn (born March 28, 1970) is an American actor, producer, and screenwriter best known for his fast-talking, charismatic leading roles in the 2000s comedy "Frat Pack" era. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Vaughn began his career with minor television roles and a credited appearance in Rudy (1993). He achieved a critical breakthrough with the indie hit Swingers (1996), which led to a role in Steven Spielberg's The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997). However, he is most iconic for a string of commercial comedy successes, including Old School (2003), Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004), and the massive hit Wedding Crashers (2005). In recent years, he has successfully transitioned back into dramatic territory with acclaimed performances in HBO's True Detective (2015), Hacksaw Ridge (2016), and the Apple TV+ series Bad Monkey (2024).
