
Simu Liu
Simu Liu is a Canadian actor, writer, and stuntman, born in China, who rose to global fame as Marvel's first Asian superhero in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021) after previously starring as Jung Kim in the CBC sitcom Kim's Convenience. After immigrating to Canada as a child and briefly working as an accountant, Liu pursued acting, earning recognition for his diverse roles and becoming an advocate for Asian representation in entertainment, publishing his memoir We Were Dreamers.
