
Seth MacFarlane
Seth Woodbury MacFarlane (born October 26, 1973) is a highly influential American animator, writer, producer, actor, director, and singer best known for creating the hit animated sitcom Family Guy. After studying animation at the Rhode Island School of Design and working at Hanna-Barbera, MacFarlane launched Family Guy in 1999 at age 24, eventually expanding his TV empire to include American Dad!, The Cleveland Show, and the sci-fi series The Orville. Renowned for his distinct blend of high-lowbrow humor, voice acting talents, and big-band musical style, he also directed successful live-action comedies like Ted and earned multiple Emmy Awards and an Oscar nomination.
