Mckenna Grace, born on June 25, 2006, in Grapevine, Texas, is a prolific American actress and singer who began her professional career at age five. After early recurring roles on Disney XD’s Crash & Bernstein and the soap opera The Young and the Restless, she achieved critical acclaim and a Critics' Choice Movie Award nomination for her breakthrough performance as a child prodigy in Gifted (2017). Known for her remarkable versatility, she has portrayed younger versions of lead characters in major films like I, Tonya and Captain Marvel, while also becoming a "scream queen" through horror projects such as The Haunting of Hill House, The Bad Seed, and Annabelle Comes Home (2019). In 2021, she made history as the first child recognized for a guest acting Emmy for her harrowing role in The Handmaid’s Tale.
